The management must have the executive freedom to drive the organization forward without undue restraints. This freedom of management, however, should be exercised within a framework of effective accountability and transparency.

The practice of Corporate Governance in DoReMe is at three interlinked levels:

Preservation of documents, whistle blower policy, remuneration policies, related party transaction, CSR activities and sexual harassment policies.
